Report an Issue

If you encounter any issues while using HUNTR, please report it to Blackshark.ai by sending an email to huntr_help@blackshark.ai.

Include the following information in your report:

  1. Which version of HUNTR you are using. You can find the version number in the changelog. You can access the changelog as shown in the images below.

  2. A description of the what you would like to do with HUNTR and how HUNTR's behavior is not as expected.

  3. A step-by-step description of the process you are using.

  4. Ideally, a screenshot of what goes wrong and at which step.

  5. Include information on what you have already attempted to fix the problem.

  6. Information on the data used is also important for troubleshooting. Does the data conform to the input requirements?

  7. If logs are available, include a copy to help us in diagnosing the issue.

In addition to the information above, please explain the severity of the issue. Does it make HUNTR use less convenient? Does it prohibit the HUNTR use entirely?
